Despite recent hostile weather across much of America's Midwest, not all Spring and Summer storms are vicious in intent or effect. Some are quite gentle and bring a welcomed easing of temperatures as well as liquid replenishment for flora and fauna alike. When storm clouds eventually do break up and sunshine again streams through, glistening, radiance, and freshness abound. To my mind, there is no more inspiring time to be out and about on Earth. |
